Curtis has represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of markets under the well known and accomplished brokerage, Coldwell Banker.  The recent market has added to Curtis’ expertise with SHORT SALES, BANK OWNED PROPERTIES, FIRST TIME HOME-BUYERS, VA BUYERS, and INVESTORS.   He has honed his negotiating skills to get his clients offer accepted when dealing with multiple offer situations or a Hot Property.  His knowledge and experience has been proven with his high volume activity.  This achievement has awarded Curtis with being entered into Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society for five straight years.  This simply means he is one of the best!  Curtis prides himself with always being available to his clients.  One client commented, “I have to admit, I thought by calling you at 7pm on a Sunday night, I would finally get to hear your voicemail… ” This type of dedication is what you will get with Curtis.  90% of his business can attest to this since they all came from a referral.  What that client should have done is tried calling at 6:30 am; this is when Curtis takes time to rejuvenate with his favorite past time, surfing.  Curtis has been surfing his whole life and was fortunate to travel the world with his passion for the ocean.   He comments, “I’ve been to some of the most beautiful places, but I would’nt live anywhere else than here in San Diego.”  This is what makes his job so easy… helping people find a place to call home in the most amazing city in the world!

Brooke comes from a background of new homes.  She has worked for two of the largest builders in the World.  She has sold hundreds of homes, all in North County San Diego.  Selling homes comes second nature to her compassion for helping others.  She is extremely passionate about what she does and the experience she creates for others.  She gets her high energy from living a very active lifestyle.  She enjoys riding her bike, playing tennis, and just about anything involving the ocean.  In the spring of 2009 Brooke teamed up with her husband to create the most dynamic team in Real Estate. 

The TEAM.  Curtis and Brooke graduated from San Diego State University with  Bachelors in Communications. Upon graduating, they immediately started their careers in real estate and became investors themselves.  They take pride in the work they do and enjoy being with their family and friends.  They made an addition to their family zoo in June of 2008 with the birth of their son Collin.  Their knowledge, experience, and love for what they do are what makes them a team that you will want to call your realtors for life!
